Esmerelda is a Canadian sexual wellness brand operated from 1082 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 5R1. References to “Esmerelda”, “we” or “us” mean the business at that address.

Age requirement

Our products are intended for adults. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province or territory, and that it is legal for you to purchase adult products where you live.

Products and descriptions

We take care to describe every product accurately, including materials, water rating, charging and care instructions. Product photography is for illustration; colours may vary slightly between screens. Always read the product page and care insert before first use.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Orders of $69 or more ship free within Canada. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; Esmerelda does not store full card details.

Orders and availability

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Shipping and delivery

We ship across Canada in plain packaging with no product details or Esmerelda branding on the outside. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and by the carrier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Because these are intimate products, sales are final once shipped. Damaged, defective, non-functional or incorrect items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy and by the one-year warranty on every toy. See the full policy for the steps to take within seven days of delivery.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content, including copy, photography, illustrations and the Esmerelda name and logo, belongs to Esmerelda or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability
