Discreet by default
Packages carry no product details or Esmerelda branding. Bank and card statements show a neutral merchant descriptor. We never sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the shop, such as our payment processor, shipping carriers, email platform and analytics tools, and only what they need to do their job. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
Cookies keep your cart, remember your preferences and help us understand traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may not work without them.
Keeping your data
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal obligations, and account details for as long as your account is active. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and British Columbia’s PIPA, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), a PCI-compliant payment provider and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account password private.
Children
The site is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
