How It Works
1. Clean & Prepare Before You Begin
Wash your hands and the toy with warm water and mild soap.
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to both the toy and the entrance of your vagina. This helps make insertion smooth and comfortable.
2. Find the Right Position for Insertion
Start by lying down with your knees bent and legs relaxed this helps you feel more comfortable and loose.
Gently insert the double-ball vibrator into your vagina. Go slowly, and only push as far as feels good, not uncomfortable.
3. Engage Your Pelvic Floor Muscles
Once inside, practice squeezing and lifting your pelvic floor muscles — as though you’re stopping urine flow or holding in gas.
Hold the squeeze for 3–5 seconds, then relax for 3–5 seconds. Repeat this 10 times = 1 set.
5. Start Slow & Progress Gradually
If you’re brand new to Kegel work, begin with shorter sessions 5 minutes per day is a helpful starting point.
Move up slowly to longer sessions (up to 15 minutes) and heavier weights (like going from the 60g ball to the 90g one).
Always listen to your body — if you feel pain, tightness, or discomfort, pause and consider lowering the weight or speaking with a pelvic floor expert.
7. How to Remove & Clean Up
Add more lube around the vaginal opening before removing to make it glide out gently.
Calmly ease the toy out with the string. Try squatting slightly or gently bearing down until it comes out.
Wash the toy again with warm water and soap, then dry and store it in a clean, dry place.
4. Use Movement + Vibration for Extra Awareness
You’re not just working your muscles the vibration in the Eve’s Set helps increase blood flow and heightens sensation, making it easier to feel what’s happening inside.
Try wearing it while doing simple movements like walking or bending. These everyday actions will emphasize the internal vibration and help build awareness.
6. Know When to Pull Back or Get Help
Find your muscles first without using weights or vibration. Be sure you’re contracting the pelvic floor, not your abs, thighs, or butt.
Avoid using Kegel balls if:
You have a tight or hypertonic pelvic floor (muscles already too tense) as these tools may not be the best option for you.
